Barve Stuti Wall

Project Detail

Strategic Walls – The Barve Stuti Wall

This 425 metre wall will join up with two sides of the recently completed Dongre Vasti wall. The construction of this boundary is particularly important as it will enclose the property for the new English Medium School as well as the Barve Stuti Veer Well which supplies Mukti’s water.

Completion of the wall is being held up with a boundary dispute. We trust this will be resolved soon. The walls are of strategic importance in securing Mukti land for the future.

Lorraine Frances thanks NZ: “Today is India’s Republic Day and we’ve just returned from the beautiful school celebrations on the open grounds.  We remembered the NZ Council and the enormous generosity of you all in supporting the building of the boundary wall which enables us to keep our students safe and also the property of Mukti protected.” (February 2016)
